Information collected through account and payment use
When you use account or paid-access features, the project receives information needed to identify your account, verify a purchase, manage a trial, and decide whether access should be approved.
- Account information: the authentication service supplies an authenticated user ID, email address, optional full name, role, and account creation timestamp. This information supports login, trial eligibility, paid access, and account status.
- Access and payment records: access records can contain the user ID, email address, Stripe session ID, amount, currency, payment status, access status, payment timestamp, approval timestamp, and optional customer name.
- Messages you send: if you email the privacy or support address, the project receives the email address, message, and any information you choose to include so the request can be reviewed.
Administrators can review customer email or name, payment details recorded for access management, and approval status when they need to operate the service, verify access, or handle a refund request.
The current app does not provide a phone-number field, customer physical-address field, contact form, CRM contact capture, email-marketing subscription, SMS subscription, or automated approval email. Stripe may request information in its hosted checkout under Stripe's own practices.
Calculator information is processed locally in your browser
The calculator lets you enter racing-form information such as purse amount, payout shares, Dirt or Turf selection, horse name, Last Race Value, Post Odds, and past-performance records including starts, wins, seconds, thirds, and earnings.
The calculator currently ranks those entries locally in your browser. It does not submit, upload, or save those entries to this project's database. Entries are lost when you reload the page or navigate away. This browser-only limitation applies to calculator entries, not to account, access, or payment records described in this policy.
If you copy calculator information into an email, another website, a document, or a third-party service, that destination receives it under its own practices. A link to a public racing-form guide or other resource does not send your calculator entries or account details through the link itself.
Automatically received technical information
Hosting, authentication, payment, security, and platform services may receive technical information when a browser requests a page or uses a service. Depending on the provider and the request, this may include an IP address, browser or device details, request times, referring or visited paths, error information, logs, authentication tokens, cookies, or similar identifiers.
LCD International Enterprises LLC does not control every provider-specific log, cookie, token, or retention practice. Provider-managed technical information may be used to deliver pages, keep sessions working, protect services, process checkout, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security. Provider-specific names, locations, retention periods, and subprocessor lists can change, so this policy describes the categories and purposes we can confirm rather than promising a provider-level inventory.
The current site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, a project-controlled advertising pixel, a CRM, or a behavioral-advertising system. Google Fonts and public asset or CDN services may still receive ordinary technical request information when the browser loads those resources, according to the providers' own practices.
How information is used
Information may be used for the following current purposes:
- Authenticate you and keep account access associated with the correct user.
- Determine trial eligibility and maintain account status.
- Verify a Stripe payment and match the checkout email or transaction metadata to an access request.
- Review paid access manually and approve, reject, or maintain access status.
- Provide the calculator and protect access controls around the paid experience.
- Respond to support, privacy, account, and refund questions.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, and security problems.
- Meet accounting, legal, regulatory, dispute, and safety obligations that apply to the business.
- Improve the service through direct support feedback, maintenance, and reliability work. The project does not claim to use analytics that are not implemented.
Stripe payment handling
Checkout opens through Stripe-hosted payment pages. Stripe handles the payment card details and payment processing under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. The calculator page does not receive or store full card numbers.
The project uses the authenticated email or user ID and transaction information such as Stripe session ID, amount, currency, payment status, and related metadata to verify a payment and manage manual access approval. Refund requests are sent to dodsonlouis9@gmail.com and handled manually.
Read Stripe's privacy policy for Stripe's own explanation of its information practices. LCD International Enterprises LLC does not control Stripe's policies, systems, or retention decisions.
Retention
Account, access, and payment records are retained as reasonably needed to provide access, determine trial eligibility, review approval, process refunds, maintain accounting records, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The project does not promise a fixed automatic deletion schedule because the appropriate period can depend on the record and the situation.
Calculator entries are processed in the browser and are lost on reload or navigation under the current implementation. The project does not upload or save those entries in its database.
Messages sent to the privacy or support address may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, document a request, protect the business, or meet legal obligations. Stripe, authentication, hosting, and other providers may retain information under their own policies and schedules.
Security
The project uses account controls, access checks, platform services, and Stripe-hosted checkout as part of reasonable safeguards for the information used to operate the service. Access to customer records is limited to the people and systems that need it for account, payment, approval, support, security, or legal work.
No website, transmission, storage system, or security method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information by email. Tell the privacy contact promptly if you believe an account or purchase record was used without permission.
International transfers and worldwide visitors
LCD International Enterprises LLC is located in California, and the service is offered worldwide. Information connected to an account, access request, payment, or technical request may be processed in the United States or another location where a service provider operates. The project does not promise a specific provider data-center location.
Privacy, data-protection, and consumer rights vary by location. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights or protections that apply where you live. If your local law gives you rights beyond the choices described here, you may ask us to review your request under that law.
Privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. You can also ask questions about the categories of information used for an account or purchase.
California residents may have rights that include knowing the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, requesting deletion, requesting correction, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receiving equal service without discrimination for exercising a right, where those rights apply. The current project does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may still contact us with a California privacy request.
To make a request, email dodsonlouis9@gmail.com and explain what you need, using the account email when relevant. We may need enough information to locate the record and protect against an unauthorized request. We will review the request under the law that applies to your situation. The project does not currently offer a self-service account deletion flow or promise a particular deletion timeframe.
You may also contact the relevant authentication, hosting, or payment provider about information that provider controls. Stripe requests should be directed to Stripe when they concern Stripe's own payment systems or practices.
Children
Purse Value Calculator is not directed to people under 18 or under the age of majority where they live. The project does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to the project, email dodsonlouis9@gmail.com with enough detail to help locate it.
Third-party links and changes to this policy
External resources have their own practices.
The site may link to or load Stripe, Buildy or Superdev authentication and hosting services, public asset or CDN services, Google Fonts, Daily Racing Form, wikiHow, FanDuel Racing, and Buildy branding or preview services. LCD International Enterprises LLC does not control their privacy notices, security, content, or availability. Review the notice for the service you choose to use.
The optional FanDuel Racing link does not send calculator entries, account details, or payment information from this site to FanDuel. If you choose to use FanDuel's service, FanDuel handles information you provide there under its own privacy practices and terms.
We may update this policy when the service, providers, or information practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. An update does not remove mandatory rights or protections that apply under the law where you live.
