Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement

This Terms of Use and Purchase Agreement is between you and LCD International Enterprises LLC, the business that operates Purse Value Calculator. It applies to the public website, account access, the racing-form calculator, and any related content made available through the site.

You accept these terms when you use the site, create an account, use the calculator, or begin or complete a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the site, create an account, or purchase access. If you use the service for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that person or business.

You must be at least the age of majority in the country, state, or province where you live, or otherwise have the legal capacity required to enter a binding agreement there. If local law sets a different minimum age or restricts this type of service, you are responsible for following that law.

Sales and access are offered worldwide. International customers are responsible for confirming that their use, purchase, and any later wagering activity comply with the laws that apply to them. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Purse Value Calculator is a study tool for reviewing thoroughbred racing-form information. The service may include the public racing-form guide, the private calculator, ranking results based on information you enter, and related explanations that are available at the time you use the site.

• The one-time purchase price is $49.
• The purchase provides access to the private calculator after the purchase email is manually approved.
• The purchase does not include bets, wagers, a Daily Racing Form subscription, or access to third-party services.

“Lifetime access” means access to the private calculator for as long as LCD International Enterprises LLC offers the service, subject to these terms and any lawful suspension or termination. It does not promise that the service will operate forever, remain unchanged, or be available without interruption.

A new account receives one seven-day trial beginning with the account’s actual creation time. The trial does not require a payment card, payment, or manual approval. During the trial, the account may use the full calculator that is made available to trial users.

Each account receives one trial. Creating additional accounts, using false information, or trying to reset a trial violates these terms. When the seven-day trial expires, calculator access returns to the purchase gate. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription or create a recurring charge.

Payment takes place through Stripe-hosted checkout. The price is a one-time $49 charge, not a subscription, and there is no recurring billing for lifetime access. Any applicable taxes, currency, and final checkout details are shown by Stripe at checkout.

Payment alone does not open the private calculator. LCD International Enterprises LLC manually reviews the purchase email and must approve that email before paid access opens. Use the email connected to your account and checkout so the payment can be matched to the access request.

Stripe processes the payment transaction under its own terms and policies. LCD International Enterprises LLC does not receive or store your full payment card details through the calculator page.

The purchase has two stated refund windows. A refund request must identify the email used at checkout and should be sent to dodsonlouis9@gmail.com. Refunds are handled through the original payment method where possible.

These are the refund windows offered by this agreement. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and nothing here limits a right that cannot legally be limited. A refund is not automatic; send the request using the checkout email so it can be reviewed and processed.

You are responsible for your account, the information you enter, and your use of the service. You agree to:

• Enter accurate information and review your racing-form entries before relying on a result.
• Keep your sign-in information secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with another person’s access or the site’s security.
• Keep access to yourself. Do not share, transfer, resell, sublicense, or provide paid access to another person.
• Do not scrape, crawl, copy in bulk, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the proprietary ranking method.
• Do not bypass, disable, or work around account gates, payment checks, approval controls, or other access restrictions.

The calculator is for personal racing-form study and analysis. It does not accept bets, process wagers, hold money for wagering, or provide a betting service. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice.

The calculator does not guarantee a winner, profit, accuracy, a particular ranking, or a race outcome. Racing Form data can be incomplete, delayed, printed differently, or entered incorrectly. Independently verify source data, race conditions, purse information, and other details before making a decision.

You are responsible for following all wagering and other applicable laws in your location. You decide whether and how to act on information from the service, and you accept the risks of that decision.

The website, logo, written content, software, visual design, calculator interface, and other materials are owned by or licensed to LCD International Enterprises LLC. The exact ranking method, including its underlying logic and implementation, is proprietary.

Subject to these terms, an approved customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the calculator while access is available. This right does not transfer ownership and does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, or create competing products from the site or its materials.

No license is granted to reverse engineer, inspect, reproduce, or discover the secret ranking method. The calculator’s results and explanations do not disclose the exact method used to produce them.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe for checkout, Daily Racing Form links for account or source-form access, and wikiHow for a beginner reading guide. These links are provided for their stated purpose. The footer also includes an optional link to FanDuel Racing, a separate third-party wagering operator that visitors choose to access independently. The link does not place a wager through this site.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy practices, content, and availability. A link does not mean LCD International Enterprises LLC controls, guarantees, or endorses a third party beyond providing the link for that purpose. LCD International Enterprises LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or compensated by FanDuel. FanDuel controls its own content, availability, eligibility rules, terms, and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply when you use a third-party service and for following local law, including applicable legal-age and responsible-wagering requirements.

LCD International Enterprises LLC uses account and contact information to provide access, match purchases, manage manual approval, respond to support requests, and handle refund requests. Stripe processes payment details under Stripe’s own terms and policies.

This section gives limited information about the data needed to operate the purchase and access flow. The separate Privacy Policy describes current information practices, including calculator entries, account and access records, Stripe payment handling, technical information, privacy choices, and contact options. It is not individualized legal advice and does not replace rights or protections that apply under the law where you live. Contact us if you have a question about the information connected to your account or purchase.

Availability and disclaimers

The service may be changed, paused, delayed, or unavailable from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, calculator, content, and results are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or accurate. You use the service and its information at your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LCD International Enterprises LLC and the people acting on its behalf will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including lost profits, lost data, or wagering results. If applicable law does not allow a particular limitation, that limitation applies only to the extent the law allows. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain available.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse LCD International Enterprises LLC and the people acting on its behalf for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs caused by your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation applies only to the extent your actions caused the claim or loss.

LCD International Enterprises LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably believes there is misuse, fraud, a security concern, a violation of these terms, or unlawful activity. Access may also end if the service is discontinued.

Suspension or termination does not create a refund beyond the refund policy above. Refund rights remain governed by the stated refund windows and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should continue, including responsibilities, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, continue after access ends.

California law governs these terms, without applying rules that would send the dispute to another jurisdiction’s law. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California are the venue for disputes, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you.

Customers outside the United States keep any mandatory rights and protections that apply under the law where they live. Nothing in this section requires an international customer to give up a protection that local law does not permit them to waive.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the last-updated date. Continued use of the site, an account, or paid access after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. An update does not remove rights that applicable law protects.

General terms

If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the purchase details shown at checkout and any terms expressly incorporated here, are the entire agreement about the site and calculator and replace earlier statements about the same subject. You may not assign or transfer your account or access. LCD International Enterprises LLC may assign this agreement as part of a business transfer or reorganization, subject to applicable law.
